No idea where this was taken. But there is a story.

We were taking a bus from Garmisch-Partenkircken to Fussen. If we took the train we had to go back o Munich then out again. And the bus was cheaper.

Half way there the bus stops deposits us at a stop in the middle of nowhere with instructions that another bus will pick us up in 10 minutes. We are the only passengers and people apart from a small store.

This is where this photo was taken. Luckily a bus did arrive and take us to Fussen.
